Dear Tiramisù lovers, welcome to a cafè fully dedicated to our favorite dessert!
Dolce Vizio is New York's first cafè that focuses only on Tiramisù, one of the most popular Italian desserts. Besides the well known traditional version, we’ll serve five more unusual recipes with flavors ranging from limoncello liqueur to mango. We did not invent our recipes. Instead, we selected them among the many tiramisù variations that we could find back in Italy, by researching through friends, blogs and culinary magazines.
We were supported and mentored in this culinary discovery by Chef Fabrizio Ferrari, who received a Michelin Star in 2010 for his work in Bergamo (Italy), our hometown. Leveraging on his 27 years of experience, Fabrizio has helped us select and perfect the various recipes and bring them to the highest professional standards.
